Program Summary

KBR will sustain the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base (Spain), Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, and various facilities in Turkey. Our services encompass program management, civil engineering, morale and recreation support, postal operations, safety services, logistics, and more. With a five-year base period and three one-year options, KBR ensures these bases operate smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution.

Join us as a Supply Superintendent and play a vital role in streamlining production, distribution, and inventory processes, aligning with our goal of efficient supply chain operations. Respond to customer supply concerns and proactively anticipate problems that could stand in the way of units fulfilling mission requirements. Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise supply planning and funds control activities.

Read, interpret, and apply applicable reference material such as supply regulations, manuals, catalogs, and records to accomplish tasks and resolve complex supply problems.

Track supplies and equipment requirements using research tools and processes.

Manage Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) for backorder conditions.

Conduct analyses on supply metrics to optimize performance.

Provide guidance to customers on requisitioning and parts delivery process.

Manage inventory schedules and address discrepancies through causative research.

Perform Base Supply duties as necessary to support work center tasks and ensure compliance with directives.

Participate in the development and execution of logistics plans affecting production, distribution, and inventory.

Conduct distribution and network studies to identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate logistics activities with internal and external customers to ensure smooth operations.

Provide regular activity and status reports to management to facilitate decision-making processes.

Basic Qualifications

US Citizen.

Associate degree required.

8+ years of supervisory experience in USAF logistics or commercial logistics.

Proficiency in Air Force materiel management procedures, including requisitioning, equipment management, repair cycle, and MICAP programs.

Experience in warehouse control and supply record maintenance.

Ability to obtain and maintain Military Base Access.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card.

Preferred Qualifications

Air Force Specialty Code, 2S071-Supply Management Craftsman.

Familiarity with supply regulations AFH 23-123, AFI 23-101, and AFMAN 23-122.

Working knowledge of ILS-S, LIMS-EV, DPAS, FEDLOG, BLADE.
