.Job Title: International Tax ManagerSummaryThe primary objective of this newly created position is to support the international tax unit with various tasks, including providing tax advice to Amadeus subsidiaries and business units, supporting tax audits and litigation, handling Digital Service Tax topics, assisting the M&A team with tax due diligence, and reviewing tax clauses in Amadeus agreements.In this role you will:Optimize tax incentives for the Group.Control the Group's effective tax rate.Support Amadeus Group Companies in tax litigation procedures.Review tax clauses in Amadeus agreements.Manage tax contingencies, coordinating with the Group Accounting department.Conduct continuous analysis to identify tax efficiencies.Provide tax advisory and support to various business units.Review DST regulations in each country and prepare DST declarations for all Amadeus companies.Handle tax audits related to DST as needed.Support the M&A department with tax analysis of potential acquisitions, including due diligence and structuring.Assist the legal department with tax contract reviews.About the ideal candidate:At least 5 years of experience in international tax roles.Degree in Finance, Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.Strong understanding of international tax regulations and principles.Ability to analyze complex tax issues and identify optimal solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear tax advice.Meticulous in reviewing tax clauses and managing tax-related documents.Ability to work effectively with various departments, including legal, accounting, and business units.Proactive in identifying tax efficiencies and managing tax contingencies.What we can offer you:A complete rewards offer - Amadeus provides attractive remuneration packages, covering all essential components of a competitive reward offer, including bonus, equity, pension plan, travel, life and healthcare insurance, as well as lunch and transport allowance and other benefits.A truly global DNA - Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture.Great opportunities to learn - Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on-the-job training, formal learning activities, and day-to-day interactions with colleagues.A caring environment - Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
