Precisamos incorporar un perfil de **Project Manager** para la coordinación de tareas dentro del grupo de investigación, así como la coordinación y comunicación con otros grupos de investigación y con las familias y pacientes.

La persona contratada dará soporte en la organización interna, calendario de trabajo, planificación de reuniones de trabajo; y ayudará en la prorización de tareas y pryectos. Interlocución con los diferentes agentes de interés externos al grupo.

**Funciones principales**:

- Gestión de proyectos
- Coordinación de tareas dentro del grupo de investigación
- Coordinación con otros grupos de investigación (aspectos burocráticos, envío de muestras, soporte técnico).
- Organización de jornadas de trabajo y reuniones técnicas
- Planificación y organización de jornadas con familias de pacientes y otros agentes de interés
- Comunicación con diferentes agentes (pacientes, familias, sanitarios, posibles donantes e investigadores)

**Qué ofrecemos**:
Participar en un grupo de trabajo en el ámbito de la neurología pediátrica, centrado en enfermedades raras con implicaciones cognitivo-conductuales.

Se trata de un grupo de investigación creciente, con importantes retos en el ámbito de la investigación y el desarrollo de ensayos clínicos, habitualmente en un contexto internacional de trabajo, rápidamente cambiante.

Por otro lado, ofrece la posibilidad de conocer de cerca las dificultades de los pacientes en los que se centran las líneas de investigación para intentar desarrollar propuestas para mejorar su calidad de vida y asegurar el enfoque de asistencia e investigación en sus verdaderas necesidades. La consideración de este aspecto de humanidad y hospitalidad es la esencia de gran parte del trabajo.
- Inglés fluido hablado y escrito.
- Facilidad en la comunicación, particularmente con familias y personas con diversidad funcional.
- Capacidad de interlocución y coordinación con múltiples agentes de diferentes esferas profesionales.
- Habilidades con programas de gestión y planificación, así como bases de datos.
- Se necesita capacidad de organización para trabajar en varias líneas en paralelo en diferentes puntos de madurez.
- No son necesarios conocimientos de biología o área sanitaria.
