Prosegur is looking for a Governance Risk and Compliance Manager for our global department, who will be responsible for leading the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team and programmes within the group. This is a hands-on staff and programme management position that performs key risk management functions within the Office of the CISO department. The position will be located in Madrid, with a hybrid work model (remote and office).
What will you do? Program Management: Lead the GRC program roadmap, status reporting on initiatives, metrics, and delivery of program services.
Policy Management: Create and maintain security policies, evaluate exception requests, and make recommendations.
Training and Awareness: Develop and enhance the security awareness and phishing program, coordinating and evaluating cyber training courses.
Program Assessments: Manage the 3rd Party Security Vendor Risk Management program and comply with frameworks and laws (ISO27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, NIS2).
Risk Management: Handle control testing, issues management, risk register, and reporting.
Governance: Stay updated with regulations impacting information security and privacy.
Project Management: Develop and maintain project management methodology, report status, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Communication: Develop project documentation, metrics, and dashboards, tailoring communications to different audiences and stakeholders.
What do we expect from you? Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other relevant training and certifications are preferred.
Seven years of direct experience (Information Security / Governance) is required.
Four years of Information Security experience required.
Strong knowledge on Security frameworks and technologies such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, SIG are required.
Knowledge of various security tools (commercial and open source).
Experience in role-based security administration, authentication, firewall, SIEM, intrusion detection and prevention technologies.
Management of GRC tools, technical writing.
Effective communication, leadership skills, ability to adapt to different interlocutors.
