As Receptionist you are an ambassador for the H&M Group and Customer Service. You support the center by providing a positive and enthusiastic welcome to everyone as well as ensuring an inspiring and efficiently run of the reception area. You act in line with our values and our leadership expectations being a role model to contribute to H&M's business success.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:? Welcome all colleagues and visitors positively and enthusiastically. Be knowledgeable about and ensure compliance with privacy and other relevant policies. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs. Maintaining an inviting, clean and tidy reception area. Manage meeting rooms as required, including bookings, and ensuring supplies are available. Schedule meetings and arrange company trips. Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time. Manage post and deliveries ensuring the correct person receive it. Support the office manager in ensuring a safe and inspiring environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and positively in all contacts (by telephone, writing and in person). Report maintenance issues to the relevant person and, where appropriate, liaise with building maintenance personnel. Plan in-house or off-site activities, (parties, celebrations and conferences). Be involved in additional center projects when applicable. Written and verbal communication skills Customer Service oriented Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Dependability, self-driven Experience with Microsoft Office Problem-solving approach Attention to detail Adaptability Ability to work as part of a team but autonomously also. A can-do attitude. Spanish native & Advanced in English, spoken and written. Other languages will be considered. Additional Information Are you ready to make a difference on your own & never stand alone? This is a permanent contract full-time position (40 hours/week), 100% Office working and based in our Barcelona center. Monday to Friday during center opening hours, with availability to work weekends and evening shifts as per business needs.
No relocation package is available and requirement to have the legal right to work in the location will be applied.
