Somos un hotel y estamos buscando un/a recepcionista para incorporar a corto plazo.
Funciones básicas:
- Atención al cliente en recepción
- Check-in / check-out
- Realizar labores propias de la facturación y cobro
- Revisión de reservas
-Gestión de créditos
- Otras tareas propias del departamento de recepción.

Horario: Turnos rotativos
Retribución bruto anual: 20500 Categoría profesional: Oficial
Formación reglada requerida: c. Bachillerato, b. ESO
Formación complementaria: Estudios en ámbito turístico; ya sean grados, licenciaturas, o ciclos formativos
Inglés y Castellano requisitos indispensables; otros idiomas se valorarán muy positivamente
Tiempo de experiencia: 1-3
Conocimientos informáticos: Conocimiento básico paquete office, se valorará conocimientos de PMS de gestión de alojamientos.
Competencias personales más desarrolladas: Autoconfianza, Trabajo en equipo y Cooperación, Empatía, Aprendizaje y utilización de conocimientos, Orientación al Cliente, Compromiso con la Organización, Iniciativa, Preocupación por el orden y la calidad
