Powering many award-winning, loved-by-millions franchise games over mobile, web, and PC.What You'll DoAs a Senior Producer, you will be collaborating with multiple development teams to extend existing products or develop new products aimed at supporting all Scopely games.Your main responsibility is to ensure those teams operate in a framework that enables them to visibly, consistently and predictably deliver top of the market features, servicing millions of players. You will be operating within the realm of Data, working closely with our Analytics Engineers teams as well as our Data Infrastructure team.You must have the ability to lead through influence and successfully engage with teams, team leads & executive partners throughout our organization to deliver against Playgami's objectives.Lead, inform, motivate and align project teams to deliver on individual & shared goalsPartner closely with Product & Engineering to define a roadmap and prioritization criteriaProvide visibility on project tracking and team health, taking into account high level strategies and reporting on day-to-day progress regularlyEnsure the team has the best organizational processes and practices that allow them to produce high-quality work, on time and while keeping a positive work cultureParticipate in the development of our agile production processes, constantly seeking improvements in our ways of working in a dynamic environmentWhat We're Looking ForMust have 5+ years of experience as a project manager or producerDemonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projectsA master of communication at all levels within a team or organizationYou are a strong influencer, able to work with diverse groups and push for alignment towards common goalsBe adaptable to foster ways of working that support different team profilesNot scared to get in amongst the weeds on a project, but able to retain the detachment needed to make the right callsExcellent command of English is a mustAt Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that We are committed to creating a diverse, supportive work environment where everyone is treated with respect.
