And in doing so we hope to raise industry standards, power consumer choice, and help the industry meet evolving customer needs.WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE?This is an incredible opportunity for a talented PR & Social Media manager to join a rapidly scaling business at an exciting period in our journey. Working closely with our external PR agency, you'll lead our PR, social media and content creation efforts. This role will involve developing and executing strategies that enhance the Defaqto brand presence. You'll also support the wider marketing team with content production related to our campaigns and other initiatives.WHAT YOU'LL DO1. Collaborate with the external PR agency to develop and execute a full calendar of PR strategies and activities that align with our business goals.2. Manage the external PR agency, including reviewing and refining PR materials.3. Monitor and report on coverage, providing guidance to the agency around key messaging, internal initiatives and communication opportunities4. Assist the CMO in managing potential PR crises, coordinating with the PR agency to craft appropriate responses.5. Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with PR campaigns, brand and product initiatives.6. Lead the hands-on content production process, working closely with our internal Insights team and in-house graphic designer to create high-quality visual and written content.7. Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all assets and that all content aligns with our brand guidelines.8.
