We are currently seeking a Part Time Team Member for our Spencer Outlet Store.
This Team Member will be responsible for the management of the Point of Sale Registers, cash handling, customer feedback, and warranty claims.
Reporting to the Store Management team, you will be responsible for: Providing customer service at the Point of Sale Registers Processing sales, using various payment methods Providing an unforgettable experience to finalise the customers purchase Liaising with the customer on positive and constructive feedback Assessing initial warranty claims in line with business processes Supporting catalogue and promotional merchandising Working in a team to achieve store and business objectives Working in a range of departments Maintaining a neat, full and safe environment Building positive relationships with fellow team members and customers To be successful you will have: A passion for service and retail Retail experience with a strong understanding of Retail POS and technology The ability to multitask Effective communication skills Strong teamwork ability A focus on safety Flexibility to work a variety of shifts Experience working in a fast-paced environment Why work at Harris Scarfe?
