The Application Engineer associate provides technical & design expertise to sales representatives, resellers, and customers during the sales process for our Energy+ business unit.
Pall corporation is the global leader in designing and providing separation equipment for the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Automotive, Power Generation, Nuclear markets.
You will be given access and use of a set of software tools to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of project quotations compliant to customer specifications.
Essential Job Functions: Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain Sales, Key customer relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor, reliable on commitments for design and costing delivery Value proposition: Understand the client RFQ and scope requirement and set up the Pall Design value proposition in coordination with sales Customized Solution : With the technology selected by Technical Inside Sales, select the right design to fit with the client' specification, work closely with the Technical Inside Sales as well as sourcing, operation or Eng to come-up with an optimise costing solution Technical Expertise: Provide technical support to customers, addressing complex clarification and concerns.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, offering innovative and customized solutions.
Drive Projects: Drive project progress for standard solutions in coordination with customer, suppliers and internal departments.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree Mechanical Engineering 5 years' experience in pressure vessel equipment or application engineering, filtration a plus Good verbal and written communication skills Experience working within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemicals, Petrochemicals industry.
Knowledge of Major Oil&Gas, Refinery companies specifications preferred.

L'ingénieur d'application fournit une expertise technique et de design aux commerciaux, aux distributeurs et aux clients lors du processus de vente pour notre division commerciale Energy+.

Vous aurez accès et utiliserez un ensemble d'outils et de logiciels pour chiffrer les projets avec précision, exhaustivité et rapidité et en conformités avec les spécifications clients.
Objectif du poste: Soutenir l'équipe commerciale en développant et en concluant de nouvelles affaires.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec d'autres départements support afin de garantir la préparation du design et des coûts de la solution proposée et d'assurer la satisfaction du client.
Fournir une orientation technique et des documentations à notre force de vente afin de répondre aux besoins des clients.
Examiner et réviser les procédures de design standard du client Fonctions essentielles du poste : Relations avec les clients : Établir et maintenir des relations avec les ventes et les clients clés, agir en tant que conseiller technique de confiance, respecter les engagements en matière de conception et d'établissement des coûts.
Proposition de valeur : Comprendre l'appel d'offres du client et le périmètre attendu et préparer la proposition de valeur du Design Pall en coordination avec les ventes.
Solution personnalisée : Avec la technologie sélectionnée par l'ingénieur support technique, choisir le bon design pour répondre aux spécifications du client, travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service support technique ainsi qu'avec les services achats, exécution ou ingénierie pour parvenir à une optimisation des coûts.
Expertise technique : Fournir une assistance technique aux clients, en répondant aux questions et aux clarifications.
Agir en tant que conseiller technique de confiance, en proposant des solutions innovantes et personnalisée.
Diriger les projets : Suivre l'avancement des projets pour les solutions standard en coordination avec le client, les fournisseurs et les services internes.
Qualifications minimales : Bac +5 / diplôme d'ingénieur en mécanique 5 ans d'expérience en équipement sous pression ou ingénieur d'applications, expérience en filtration étant un atout Bonnes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite Expérience dans l'industrie du pétrole et du gaz, des raffineries, de la chimie et de la pétrochimie.
Connaissance des spécifications des principales compagnies pétrolières et gazières et des raffineries est un plus.
