He/she is the point of contact with Power users of assigned specific project areas or changes, and coordinates with other IT teams required activities to secure achieving needs. He/she also provides expertise in his/her application/process specialization to support the daily operations and effective performance of the business solution (application/support maintenance).What will you do?Drive the implementation of approved functional Change Requests/initiatives: new system functionality implementation or business process redesignProvide estimation on costs, project resources planning and timelinesManage the functional activities such as blueprinting, design, fit/gap, unit and integration testing, monitor progress of implementationAct as a business consultant to provide expertise both on a business process side and system functionalityWork proactively with the business to enhance/optimize existing business practices and to bring market best practices in designated area
