.Planning and analysis for Home Printing Solutions business WW:In this position, you will be part of Home Printing Solutions business team WW, with focus on Hardware and you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement Business plans, analyzing data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making, along with the "story behind the numbers". Areas of focus will be: Provide insights about performance by Market, in units and market share, net revenue and margin, and identify risks and upside to plan, supporting target setting and actual tracking per market with the objective to achieve short-term objectives and set up the business for long-term success.Key responsibilities:* Support business analysis, performance and processes. Main responsibility is to analyze complex data and business performance for HW and supply connect rates to provide insights on all key metrics for the business and follow up on actions to support markets to deliver on financials commitments and market share goals, optimizing product mix.* Review and analyze reports detailing performance leading indicators, sales trends, and other sales data-related analysis to assigned categories, providing insights and recommendations for short- and long-term planning and business actions.* Support Product managers and markets on pricing analysis among regions/currencies, and vs. competitors with existing tools and identify new models and methods for better decision making on pricing actions.* Participate in special projects and business analysis to identify opportunities to optimize business profitability at WW level and prepare management reviews or add 'hoc requests when required.* Participate in projects related to product availability to optimize business performance per market and total WW business, working with Demand forecasting and supply chain teams.* Participate in market research projects, gathers intelligence on current industry, technology, and consumer trends, and summarizes research findings tailored to business needs.* Drive process improvements/governance to increase efficiency and effectiveness on business analysis.Skills needed:* Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or Finance.* Strong, demonstrated analytical thinking and analytical skills with knowledge of database management and excel modeling for advanced problem solving* Demonstrates knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage data requests* Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques
