Sobre la posición
Durante tu periodo de prácticas como Pre-Sales Technical Engineer , tu objetivo principal en esta posición será dar soporte a las tareas del área Technical Support a nivel de Backoffice para clientes y Demand Planning SIOP.

Requisitos
Esto es lo que necesitamos de ti :
Estar en penúltimo o último curso de los estudios de Ingeniería (Mecánica, Eléctrica, etc.)
Estar en situación de firmar convenio de prácticas con tu centro de formación con una duración mínima de 6 meses
Que tu carga lectiva te permita una dedicación de al menos 20 semanales (L-V)
Un nivel mínimo de inglés B2
Gran capacidad de aprendizaje
Responsabilidades
Como Pre-Sales Technical Engineer participarás activamente en estas actividades, entre otras :
Gestión de consultas técnicas de clientes, respuesta y seguimiento de las tareas realizadas
Soporte al equipo backoffice a nivel de selección y cálculo de equipos
Optimización técnica de selecciones de equipos / producto
Gestión de consultas / pedidos dentro del marco ETO
Soporte a la gestión de SIOP / Demand Planning
Soporte a la formación / visitas de clientes
