Can you challenge when you know something is wrong?We are looking for Governance and Continuous Improvement Manager to support Service Business Unit at Northern Europe and Middle East (NEME) region to be aligned with global Process & performance StandardsSome of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:Run Performance Board meetings for management biweekly & Monthly in alignment with global team and regional teamResponsible for upskilling and collaborating with Regional Process specialists in each area of supply chain and ensure RCA (Root cause analysis) are conducted every weekResponsible to Identify and highlight issues and corresponding actions to mitigate the problems in the processStrong process & performance mindset and do not hesitate to challenge the regional processes against the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) sImprovement project delivery in full and on timeWhat you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
