This role holds a critical position in shaping and guiding the company's technology roadmap, focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management through the design and governance of robust architectural frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesShape and guide IT strategies to align with long-term business goals, establishing metrics and frameworks for decision-making and measurable success.Partner with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives that leverage IT for strategic outcomes.Lead and govern enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs while promoting emerging technologies for efficiency.Manage the Enterprise Architecture team as a strategic consultancy to support key IT and business decisions.Identify disruptive technologies to drive transformation, testing new solutions for integration into current systems.Serve as a bridge between IT and business, addressing gaps to enhance alignment and performance.Manage key vendor relationships to drive long-term value and continuous improvement.Oversee IT governance and compliance, ensuring investments align with business priorities and transparency in expenditures.Qualifications:Proven experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or a similar leadership role within a large, complex organization.Strong understanding of business models, operational processes, and the application of technology to drive transformation.Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive change.Experience managing vendor relationships and IT governance.FMCG background.This is a key leadership role with significant influence on the organization's strategic direction.
