.Estamos gestionando para nuestros amigos de Mindcurv un proceso de selección para encontrar una pieza clave dentro de su equipo: un/a UX/UI Designer para seguir haciendo crecer la compañía y ayudar a hacer magia con el diseño en sus proyectos.¿No conoces Mindcurv? Pues su historia es muy chula: Mindcurv nace en España y Alemania, dos empresas independientes que se encuentran y, tras trabajar en muchos proyectos similares y colaborar en muchos otros, surge un flechazo y deciden unirse para poder llegar a más y mejores clientes.A día de hoy, Mindcurv no para de crecer y ya son aproximadamente 700 personas repartidas por todo el mundo. Sí, es una empresa internacional y es algo de lo que están orgullosos. Ayudan a sus clientes en sus procesos de transformación digital, tanto en el desarrollo de aplicaciones como en el soporte y explotación de sus sistemas. Principalmente se centran en el sector e-commerce, plataformas de experiencia digital (DXP) y de gestión de pedidos, entre otros.Tu labor principal será crear diseños corporativos y estándares de interfaz de usuario tanto en entornos B2B como B2C. Buscamos sobre todo a una persona con creatividad y aptitudes para el diseño orientado al cliente con enfoque contemporáneo y comprensión de marca. Lo más importante es que puedas trabajar con distintos departamentos, entender qué buscan e incluirlo en el branding de la empresa. Esto se traducirá en una estrategia de comunicación visual que puedas aplicar a todo el negocio en su conjunto, donde tú vas a aportar valor desde el diseño.Vas a trabajar con producto web o digital, y tener experiencia en este ámbito es muy importante. Estarás en constante colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios, por lo que estarás en tu salsa si eres de esas personas que disfruta de comunicar ideas y conceptos de manera efectiva con equipos de UX, de desarrollo de Frontend, Business Analyst, clientes y Product Owners.Tu evoluciónTu primer díaEn 1 mesDurante el onboarding, tendrás un/a responsable y el equipo de soporte para ayudarte con la puesta a punto. En este tiempo entenderás cómo está estructurada la empresa y cómo funciona, los retos técnicos y de negocio. Ya conocerás a todo el equipo y habrás hecho tus primeros pinitos.Una vez terminado el aterrizaje inicial, podrás evaluar cómo fue y si mejorarías alguno de los pasos o la información compartida. Tal como Mindcurv nos confiesa: "Nos gusta siempre estar en un continuo proceso de mejora, todo lo que nos ayude y nos aporte… será bienvenido"Concepción y creación de diseños corporativos, así como creación inicial de estándares de UI para clientes y empresas.Creación, gestión y evolución de elementos visuales de sistemas de diseño con múltiples temas (Branding entre departamentos).Creación de un sistema de diseño completo desde cero con las restricciones y requisitos dados (por parte del cliente, por necesidades de la práctica, o por restricciones técnicas)
