UI/UX Designer

At Axes in Motion, we're a dynamic and young company that's passionate about developing and publishing F2P mobile games. With over 400 million downloads worldwide, we're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create user-centered designs for in-game UI/UX, from concept to polished working interfaces.
  • Work closely with the design and programming teams to conceive and execute designs.
  • Develop attractive, user-friendly, and innovative designs that focus on usability and best practices in the F2P industry.
  • Design visual pieces, buttons, iconography, menus, and other UI elements that work with different aspect ratios and game styles.
  • Iterate designs using playtest, developer, and user feedback.
  • Continuously improve the existing user experience, even after a product is launched.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience and knowledge in UI design, including visual, iconography, buttons, and menus design.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in UX design, such as user research, usability testing, and understanding user behavior.
  • Ability to work with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or other tools to create new visual pieces from existing screens.
  • Knowledge of mobile systems such as Android and iOS.
  • Gamification knowledge to help in user acquisition and retention growth.
  • VFX experience is a plus; being able to create animations and engaging visual effects is important to enhance the visual and interactivity of the interface.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
