Meet the team As part of the Paid Marketing team, you'll be in charge of the marketing business plan as well as leading strategic marketing projects with the goal of optimizing our marketing performance and driving growth.You will ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration with Data, Product, and the Leadership team.What you'll be doing:Creating and executing the marketing business plan - working with key stakeholders, drafting and finalizing budget proposals, and developing forecasts based on expected future trends, competitive landscape, and historical performance.Developing and maintaining a comprehensive marketing report to monitor and ensure that all performance metrics are cost-efficient and in line with set targets.Tracking the performance of each marketing channel, as well as staying updated on all marketing operations, to provide regular updates and make recommendations to the team.Setting up and steering all necessary meetings and processes between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across project teams within the Growth tribe.Participating in regular business reviews, contributing to data preparation and presentations.Monitoring competitor activity and key industry trends, being the main point of contact with partners like Similarweb and Data.Ai to help the marketing team understand how they fare against competitors.What you need to succeed:At least 7 years of experience in marketing and analytics, with a minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing marketing campaigns.Experience leading projects connecting business goals to marketing strategies.Strong leadership and project management skills.Experience with budget planning and financial forecasting preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.Why you'll love it at Preply:Open, collaborative, dynamic and diverse culture.Generous monthly allowance for lessons on Preply.Learning & Development budget, including time off for your self-development.Competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance, and health insurance.Access to free mental health support platforms.Not in Barcelona?
