Paynest Head of Partnerships:As a Paynest's Head of Partnerships (based in Paris, Bordeaux, Madrid, Barcelona or Lisbon), you will play a key role in achieving Paynest's growth objectives. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new commercial and strategic opportunities across EU markets.Your Impact:As a key member of the Paynest team, you will lead the charge in achieving our growth objectives by identifying and cultivating new commercial and strategic opportunities across the EU markets.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership Development: Spearhead the identification and securing of strategic partnerships to drive new commercial opportunities.Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate closely with Paynest leadership to identify, strategise, and execute new initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.Results-Driven Growth: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets through proactive business development efforts and strategic relationship-building.Adaptability: Rapidly adjust to external market changes and internal product updates, aligning strategies to stay at the forefront of industry dynamics.Your Profile:Fluent in both Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively navigate diverse partnerships and relationships.Exhibit a keen eye for detail and organisation and a process-driven mindset to ensure seamless execution.Highly motivated, with a track record of achieving results in a competitive business environment.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability to lead through change.About Paynest:Paynest is on a mission to build an innovative platform with a very important goal: to give every employee the tools to master financial wellness and build financial resiliency.Through our app, we give employees control over their income, access to financial education, and additional tools to achieve a better financial future for them.#J-18808-Ljbffr
