As a key member of our rapidly growing advertising organization, you will drive measurable outcomes for CPG brand advertisers and agencies, leveraging Amazon's innovative ad solutions across sponsored, display, video, and audio formats.Qualifications:Large experience in digital advertising sales or partnerships, with a strong focus on the CPG industryProven track record of leading and developing high-performing teamsDeep understanding of the Spanish CPG market and its advertising landscapeExtensive experience with CTV, audio, and programmatic advertisingStrong knowledge of upper-funnel marketing strategies and their application in the CPG sectorExcellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executivesFluency in Spanish and English; additional European languages are a plusBachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferredAt Amazon Ads, we start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do. If you're passionate about building a world-class advertising organization with a relentless focus on customer success, we invite you to join our team and help shape the future of advertising for CPG brands in Spain.Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of customer obsession and innovation within the CPG vertical.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and product adoption goals for Amazon's advertising solutions within the Spanish CPG market.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at key CPG brands and agencies, acting as a trusted advisor on their marketing strategies.Drive the adoption of Amazon's CTV and Audio ad solutions among CPG clients, with a focus on upper-funnel marketing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and create scalable advertising solutions tailored to the unique needs of CPG brands in Spain.Oversee the development and presentation of tailored advertising programs and pitches that highlight Amazon's value proposition to CPG clients.Lead negotiations for significant advertising deals, including upfront agreements with major CPG brands.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making and product development.Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the overall growth strategy of Amazon Ads in Spain and the broader European market.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - The ideal candidate will come with a deep knowledge of and relationships within the digital advertising industry and have a track record of success at driving top sales results, partnering cross functionally, and professionally representing client needs/perspectives to the product organization
