What we are looking for:
Currently we're looking for an Operations Manager to collaborate in the coordination of the organization of the logistics of the warehouse, both at the level of goods and products and at the level of personnel management with the aim of distributing the goods in time and form.
What will you do on a day-to-day: Your responsibilities will be: Supervision and optimization of designed logistics processesDirect treatment with the client, attending and resolving their needs and incidencesContinuous improvement, lean manufacturing, KPI's, stock controlBudget control, cost control, negotiations What you need to succeed at GXO: Industrial Engineering or similarValuable a Master in Supply Chain, Logistics.Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics platform management or similar and Team managementHigh level of EnglishEssential advanced user of PowerPoint, Excel Also, it will be great if you are: Strong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervisionProven ability to build positive relationships and foster teamwork within the department and across the organizationExcellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skillsAbility to interact with various levels both internally and externallyGood analytical skills and high customer orientation What do we offer you?
