Your main responsibilities will be: Support the data analysis and requirements engineering for the business.
Create data specifications for the ETL-developers and develop yourself.
Take responsibility for the matching of existing data sources with the new requirements.
Keep track of data governance, data quality and data protection in mind.
Required Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience as Business- or Data-analyst.
Experience in requirements-engineering and working collaboratively.
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (data engineering, development, testing, and deployment of Data solutions).
Experience in data modelling and manipulation.
Knowledge in data transformation or ETL.
Knowledge of Python and SQL.
Preferred Skills: Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar.
Experience in the banking sector.
Fluency in English (at least C1).
Nice to have German.
Nice to have: Knowledge about ESG-topics.
Soft skills: Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Fluent communication skills.
Team player: ability to work with teams distributed geographically in different locations.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills/investigating skills on technical matters.
Well organised.
Good time management and prioritization of tasks.
Ability to identify problems and suggest mitigating and contingency actions.
Proactive, motivated and willing to learn and develop oneself.
Learning Agility: Strengthen existing skills and address development need.
Contribute to innovative thinking and bring new ideas.
