Your Job As a Data Analyst, you will be a key member of our global team, driving the development and implementation of data analytics solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business decision-making. Leveraging the latest BI and Analytics technologies like Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support our company's growth. You will work closely with stakeholders across different business areas, ensuring that our data-driven strategies align with overall business objectives. Our Team We are a global Digital Transformation team focused on driving operational efficiency through data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake, we turn data into actionable insights, fostering data-driven decision-making across the business and data literacy. We pursue a customer-centric approach to ensure we create solutions that add value to the business.
What You Will Do Work closely with global stakeholders across different business areas to leverage global and consolidated data analytics aligned that will drive operational and business efficiency. Extract, clean, and manage large datasets using SQL and Snowflake, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making through compelling data storytelling. Promote data-driven approaches to enhance decision-making processes and foster data literacy across teams. Apply design thinking principles to develop customer-centric solutions that address key business challenges. Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions that drive operational efficiency. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in data analysis and coding, with a passion for actionable insights, using Power BI and SQL. User-centric with strong communication skills, delivering innovative solutions that add business value. Open-minded, values diverse perspectives and aims for solutions that provide broad impact. Collaborative team player, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Eager to learn and adapt, embracing the latest digital tools and techniques. Fluent in English. What Will Put You Ahead Knowledge of operations and finance will be highly valued. Experience with systems like ERP, CRM, and PLM. Knowledge of Python will be valuable as well as familiarity with Power Platforms. Understanding of agile methodologies and knowledge of design thinking methodologies to develop innovative, customer-focused solutions. #LI-LU2
