Job DescriptionSupporting the Publicity Department at events, fostering great relationships with the media as well handling administrative tasks, as needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily follow-up of press appearances and preparation of the "press clipping"Premiere and coverage reports for each filmManagement of the virtual press room (upimedia)Scheduling and coordination of press screeningsCoordination of press materialsRelationship with suppliersWith the support of the Publicity Coordinator, manage the online communication plan and social mediaSupport the work of the department: relationship with media, screenings and press conferences, organization of materials, visits, events, etc.Support the Publicity Manager with administrative tasks of the departmentSupport in other areas of the marketing departmentInvoice tracking and SAP systemQualificationsUniversity degree in Journalism, Communication or MarketingKnowledge of Spanish media environmentFluent in EnglishInterest and knowledge of the cinematographic sectorMS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Knowledge of Internet and social media toolsAvailability to work full-timeProactive, communicative and a strong team playerCreative and excellent organizational skillsExcellent ability to establish priorities and meet deadlinesThe studies must have been finished less than 3 years agoPlease note the application deadline for this role is Tuesday 27th August 2024.
