En Santander Consumer Finance Global Services somos el principal proveedor de productos y soluciones tecnológicas y de procesos para el negocio de financiación al consumo del Grupo Santander.
Nuestros proyectos están enfocados a transformar la tecnología de los procesos de financiación y son cada vez más grandes. Por ello, queremos continuar creciendo en nuestro HUB de Valladolid apostando por el talento joven a través de nuestro programa The Rob Academy tras el éxito de nuestras anteriores ediciones.
En esta ocasión, buscamos incorporar talento interesado en desarrollarse en un sector en plena expansión adquiriendo un perfil especialista en Prevención de Blanqueo de Capitales y Financiamiento al Terrorismo (PBC/FT) desde un punto de vista tecnológico.
¿En qué consiste este Programa?Formando parte de The Rob Academy, te incorporarás como empleado a un entorno innovador y digital donde podrás desarrollar todo tu potencial apoyándote en tres grandes pilares:
Formación: como parte de este Programa, tendrás acceso a un programa de formación inicial en Capacidades digitales orientadas a herramientas tecnológicas de (PBC/FT) de más de 160h impartido por profesores expertos. Además, contarás con el asesoramiento de un tutor que acompañará tu aprendizaje.
Práctica: posteriormente, te incorporarás en un proyecto real en la compañía creando soluciones innovadoras para poner en práctica todo tu talento y seguir formándote a través de la experiencia.
Integración: desde el primer día formarás parte de un equipo que te ayudará a crecer personal y profesionalmente. Impulsaremos tu desarrollo y potencial.

¿Qué vas a aprender?Aprenderás a participar y formar parte de proyectos tecnológicos internacionales con enfoque en Prevención de Blanqueo de Capitales.
A implantar una herramienta tecnológica corporativa en formato multi-tenant con integración con sistemas externos.
Desarrollar habilidades de mantenimiento, soporte y evolutivos de herramientas tecnológicas.
Y todo esto, bajo tecnologías PL-SQL, UNIX OFSAA FCCM y Sanctions.
Y mucho más.

¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?Buscamos titulados en carreras STEM, especialmente Ingenierías (Industrial, Automática, Electrónica, Mecánica, Biomédica, Informática, etc.), Matemáticas, Física o Estadística. Personas con interés en especializarse en herramientas tecnológicas dentro de un entorno financiero internacional.
Se trata de un programa de Talento Junior, por lo que es importante que hayas obtenido tu título en los últimos tres años o que vayas a obtenerlo antes de la fecha de incorporación que se producirá en Octubre.

Contrato laboral desde el primer día.

A partir del 29 de julio, comenzarán las entrevistas que llevaremos a cabo durante todo el mes de agosto en diferentes fases, por lo que, a partir de esta fecha nos pondremos en contacto contigo.
