Picsart is looking for a Web Software Engineer to join our team. By joining us, you'll take part on the mission to empower everyone to create We are dedicated to helping people express their creativity through our products. As a Web Software Engineer, you'll engage with technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Canvas, and Kotlin Multi Platform . Your primary responsibilities will involve the development, implementation, and maintenance of cross-functional, high-performance, and scalable web applications, with a strong emphasis on enhancing user experience. You Will Develop functional, performant and scalable web applications with React Perform performance testing and optimizations Build reusable React components Develop new user-facing features Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Analyze the product design complexity, plan workload, communicate risks About You BS/MA degree in a highly quantitative field or equivalent At least 3 years of experience as a JavaScript Engineer Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and related technologies Experience with ReactJS is a must Experience with JSS, SASS, PostCSS, JSX Experience with Responsive/Adaptive Web Design and Single Page Applications Ability to write comprehensive Unit Tests, ensuring code quality, reliability, and maintainability Experience with state management libraries, especially Redux Familiarity with RESTful web services and API integration Experience in working with build tools, such as Webpack Experience with Canvas & Maths (Basic Geometry Trigonometry, Transformation matrix, Two Dimensional Coordinate Geometry ) Competence in utilizing and optimizing performance tools such as PageSpeed, Lighthouse, and Chrome Developer Tools Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest web technologies and best practices Collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork within cross-functional development teams Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and efficient collaboration with team members
