As a Web Software Engineer, you'll engage with technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Canvas, and Kotlin Multi Platform. Your primary responsibilities will involve the development, implementation, and maintenance of cross-functional, high-performance, and scalable web applications, with a strong emphasis on enhancing user experience. You Will Develop functional, performant and scalable web applications with ReactPerform performance testing and optimizationsDevelop new user-facing featuresEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsAnalyze the product design complexity, plan workload, communicate risks About You BS/MA degree in a highly quantitative field or equivalentExperience with ReactJS is a mustExperience with JSS, SASS, PostCSS, JSXExperience with Responsive/Adaptive Web Design and Single Page ApplicationsAbility to write comprehensive Unit Tests, ensuring code quality, reliability, and maintainabilityExperience with state management libraries, especially ReduxFamiliarity with RESTful web services and API integrationExperience in working with build tools, such as WebpackExperience with Canvas & Maths (Basic Geometry Trigonometry, Transformation matrix, Two Dimensional Coordinate Geometry )Competence in utilizing and optimizing performance tools such as PageSpeed, Lighthouse, and Chrome Developer ToolsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performanceContinuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest web technologies and best practicesCollaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork within cross-functional development teamsStrong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and efficient collaboration with team membersWhat we seek and value most in our candidatesIf you like to create things with a user mindset, take ownership and have a natural bias for impact while having fun, you're our personWe do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
