Actualmente, buscamos un/a Agile Project Manager para fortalecer y hacer crecer nuestra marca. Responsabilidades: Gestión de Proyectos: Supervisar y coordinar la ejecución de los proyectos de la empresa desde su inicio hasta su finalización, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos. Identificar y gestionar riesgos y problemas que puedan surgir durante el desarrollo de los proyectos, proponiendo soluciones efectivas y preventivas.
Gestión de Procesos: Identificar, analizar, diseñar, implementar, monitorizar y mejorar continuamente los procesos de la empresa, asegurando que sean eficientes, eficaces y estén alineados con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.
Análisis y Reportes: Realizar análisis sobre el progreso de los proyectos, identificando áreas de mejora y reportando resultados a la dirección.
Metodologías Ágiles: Implementar y promover el uso de metodologías ágiles en los equipos de trabajo para aumentar la eficiencia y la calidad de los entregables.

Buscamos un/a profesional con experiencia en supervisión y coordinación de proyectos interdepartamentales, especializado/a en metodologías ágiles y gestión de procesos. El candidato debe tener un título universitario en áreas relacionadas, como Ingeniería o Administración de Empresas, y es deseable que cuente con formación adicional y certificaciones en gestión de proyectos (CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, Prince2). Se valorará experiencia en liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinares y en proyectos de transformación digital. Es crucial que posea habilidades analíticas, capacidad para identificar áreas de mejora y gestionar riesgos de manera efectiva, manteniendo una actitud proactiva y flexible.

Incorporación inmediata con contrato indefinido.

Horario superflexible, entrada de 7h a 9:30h.
Todos los viernes del año y desde mediados de junio hasta mediados de septiembre, hacemos horario intensivo (7 horas).
