What you will do HR Manager reports directly to Global HR Lead within the Global People Function Responsible for HR function in Spain (3 locations: Barcelona, Madrid) with Madrid office as work location Additional responsibility for employees in Mexico and KSA, collaborating with relevant EOR organizations One direct report: People Advisor; over 100 colleagues in Spain expected to increase Opportunity to make significant impact due to company's growth trajectory Desired qualities: passion for people, collaboration, impactful contributions, innovation in HR practices Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with Spanish labour law requirements and acting as an internal consultant Develop a deep understanding of the business objectives, challenges, and culture to effectively align HR initiatives with organizational goals, whilst promoting positive employee relations and contributing to a supportive workplace atmosphere Responsible for all HR processes, such as the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including internal mobility (NIE, Visas, etc) as well as conducting exit interviews, generating KPI reports, in order to make informed decisions etc
