Hr Generalist:

  • Location: Epila, ES, Country/Region: ES
    About the position:
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join an international established team at Kongsberg Automotive

The HR Generalist will work under the supervision of the HR Manager to provide administrative support for the HR department.


Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics (attendance, absence rates).
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Requirements:


If you have strong organisation and time management skills and feel that you have a systematic and positive approach to dealing with issues this may be the right position for you.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Bachelor ́s degree
  • 3 years of experience in a relevant position
  • High level of English, spoken and written
  • Power Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and HR software (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, A3..)
