As a Windows System Administrator, you will assist with the design, development, testing, and implementation of Webhelp's internal and client-specific IT solutions.
Your role is essential to the growth and functioning of our business and will include but not be limited to the following technology elements: Main responsibilities: Provide Windows Server administration.
Support data storage and backup processes.
Recommend and implement modifications to the server environment, including Vulnerability Patching.
Support virtualization system (VMware).
Participate in the planning, designing, testing, and implementing different IT solutions.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position.
Knowledge of Active Directory Domain Service.
Knowledge in Windows Server Environment.
Understanding of virtualization system (VMware).
Knowledge of Backup and Storage management.
Have conversational level of English and Spanish.
Nice to have knowledge in next technologies: Azure.
ADFS.
Linux Servers.
Endpoint Central.
