Join Our Team as a Customer Advisor (German-Speaking)
We are seeking a passionate and articulate Customer Advisor fluent in German to join our expanding team.
The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries and provide meticulous support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Advisor Provide top-tier customer service by addressing customer questions, resolving concerns promptly, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Respond to requests and inquiries accurately and efficiently through phone, email, and chat channels.
Utilise internal and external resources to enhance service levels and ensure accurate responses.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams for resolution when necessary.
Document all correspondence and interactions with customers according to company standards.
Identify trends in customer issues and communicate these to the management team.
Ensure adherence to company protocols, KPIs, and guidelines, promoting standardised service delivery.
Engage with team members and other departments to share knowledge and contribute to a supportive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills Required for a Customer Advisor Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
Background in customer support, especially in technical support or help desk roles, is advantageous.
Capable of working independently and within a remote team setting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Adaptable to changing processes and information.
Proficient in using internet and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
