En el área de Centros de Datos de Capital Energy, estamos buscando un Project Manager Junior para la gestión del día a día del proyecto que le sea designado bajo la supervisión del director de proyecto.

Asistencia al director de proyecto en cualquier aspecto del día a día del proyecto. Gestión del día a día del proyecto que le sea designado bajo la supervisión del director de proyecto.

Funciones:

- Asistencia al director de proyecto en cualquier aspecto del día a día.
- Coordinación y gestión de todos los departamentos de B2B-CE involucrados en el proyecto (Promoción, Ingeniería y Construcción, T&D, Financiero, Legal, Energy Management, Telco, etc.).
- Coordinación de recursos propios o subcontratados para la ejecución de los activos que formen parte del centro de datos.
- Revisión y seguimiento de la planificación del proyecto.
- Gestión y control del presupuesto y cashflow del proyecto.
- Elaboración de informes de seguimiento/reporting interno.
- Apoyo a Due Diligence interna del proyecto.
- Apoyo a Comercialización del centro de datos
- Apoyo en el diseño del centro de datos, así como su configuración conjunta con las infraestructuras eléctricas, y parques renovables.
- Seguimiento del estado de permiting del proyecto y evaluación de posibles modificaciones/optimizaciones.
- Control de las contrataciones y trabajos facturados.
- Apoyo al departamento financiero de cara a la financiación del proyecto (revisión de informes, CAPEX, aspectos técnicos del proyecto, etc.).
- Due Diligence: gestión de Due Diligence Técnica e interlocución con el asesor técnico; informado y soporte del resto de Due Diligence (legal, seguros, etc.).
- Gestor de cualquier Data Room del proyecto (Due Diligence, Financiación corporativas etc.).
- Apoyo y revisión de los contratos de venta de energía que negocia gestión de energía.
- Se requerirá viajar asiduamente a los proyectos en construcción.
- Conocimientos técnicos del diseño de un centro de datos, de una planta PV-Wind e interpretación de los datos de producción (PVsyst) es un plus.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniero/a industrial/caminos o similar.
- Valorable Máster en Energías Renovables.
- Al menos 8-10 años de experiência en actividades relacionadas con la dirección de proyectos.
- Inglés alto.
