Role Overview:

The Vice President of Growth & Digital Marketingoversees all website, email, and digital partner marketing initiatives across all WebPros brands. The VP manages multiple digital functions such as owning all web assets, Paid Media (SEM, Paid Social), Earned Media (SEO), digital partner engagement platforms (Partner Portal), and e-mail-channels. The VP of Growth & Digital Marketing is accountable for the B2B, D2C efforts to meet and exceed revenue goals.
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial thinker who is passionate about the intersection of content/ storytelling, audience growth and technology. They know how to create innovative, best-in-class digital storytelling that fuels business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving results.
In addition to being a subject matter expert in digital and site content creation and the tools, analytics systems and acumen required to turn a publishing operation into a business, the ideal candidate also thrives at being a people manager and leader. They are experienced and confident at leading a team at scale and is invested in mentoring a cross-functional team of high performers to generate exceptional results.
The VP is a seasoned and proven marketing leader who steers and executes the vision of WebPros. Responsible for crafting and executing cross-channel marketing strategies that support broadcast, drive audience engagement, expand brand presence, and help maximize revenue opportunities across the group's portfolio and ecosystem.

This person displays executive maturity, can generate trust among the team and with external stakeholders,and is an optimistic, clear, level-headed communicator adept at generating results through organizational influence.
Responsibilities: Work closely with Portfolio Marketing to develop and lead all digital marketing efforts across all brands (Digital, Paid Media, Experiential, etc.) with an audience-first approachCollaborate with all marketing functions, to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions designed to maximize exposure and revenue from digital channels incl. digital partner marketingOversee, create, articulate, and implement successful integrated digital marketing strategies, plans, and multiple, simultaneous cross-channel initiatives that support engagement, brand health, and performance objectives in support of the entire product portfolio of WebPros.
This includes, but is not limited to launch campaigns, nurture programs, drip campaigns, omni-channel execution andcontent marketingLeverage analytics and use a data-driven approach to stay at the forefront of customers and marketplace trends to ensure efforts are delivered with impact and efficiency.Optimize lifecycle marketing programs to maximize customer engagement and LTV, injecting new tactics to owned channels like email to reinvigorate the baseOversee overall tech-driven initiatives, development projects, and all tech digital activities across all brands.Inspire, and lead a diversely talented team while cultivating an environment of innovation and breakthrough performance.Develop new digital revenue generation ideas and opportunities.Collaborate with Tech on MarTech enhancements and innovation to stay at the forefront of customer and marketplace trends.Oversee a suite of growth tools to enhance performance (attribution solutions, AI tools, etc).Establish reporting benchmarks for measuring and sharing results on business-critical KPIs related to growth (volume, CAC, retention, LTV/payback) and own achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs.Manage, develop and grow an internal team and oversee external agencies and platform relationships across digital channels.Partner with cross-functional leaders (ecommerce, brand, creative, data) to develop ads, landing pages, emails, and reporting needed to maximize campaign performance.Experience working across the full DTC marketing funnel (customer acquisition, conversion and engagement) and across the marketing mix, including online (search, display, paid social, content, streaming)Ensure consistency and integrity of brand positioning and architecture from strategy to creative execution.Offer strategic input and recommendations to ensure teams and stakeholders benefit from effective market knowledge and solutions. Requirements: 15+ years of senior-level marketing experience with proven track record of delivering and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.Experience in growth-stage, e-commerce, B2B, multiproduct environments highly preferred.Strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset to ensure efforts are bold, relevant and reach desired audience.Proven success in partner and customer retention and acquisition.In-depth knowledge of CRM, digital ecosystems, omni-channel marketing, MarTech solutions/ AI opportunities, and brand building.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.Proven willingness to take chances and be at the forefront of marketing strategy.Expertise using data and analytics to support and evaluate marketing strategies.Ability to clearly articulate brand and marketing vision internally and externally.Strong track record of collaboration with cross-functionalteams.Experience growing, managing, leading, and developing best-in-class teams.
