El Rol: Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Operations Specialist para PCs para fortalecer el funcionamiento diario del equipo de Operaciones en nuestra sede en Tenerife. Este rol es fundamental para garantizar la eficiencia operativa mediante el soporte en herramientas, la solución de incidencias y la colaboración estrecha con los equipos de Marketing y Ventas para optimizar los procesos y asegurar la calidad de los datos. ¿Cuál será tu misión? Proveer soporte técnico y operativo al equipo de Operaciones, asegurando un flujo de trabajo eficiente y la correcta funcionalidad de las herramientas utilizadas en el día a día. Configurar y personalizar herramientas de trabajo avanzadas (CRM, software de gestión de proyectos, entre otros), alineándolas con los objetivos operativos y comerciales. Supervisar la precisión en la gestión de datos dentro del CRM, garantizando un etiquetado adecuado y el cumplimiento de las lógicas y flujos establecidos. Diseñar y optimizar workflows complejos, automatizando procesos clave para mejorar la eficiencia y simplificar la gestión operativa. Gestionar y organizar el sistema de archivos corporativo, actualizando plantillas y manteniendo una nomenclatura estandarizada para facilitar el acceso. Diagnosticar y resolver de manera proactiva incidencias técnicas de mayor complejidad. Colaborar con el equipo de datos en el desarrollo de paneles avanzados de métricas, permitiendo un control y análisis precisos de los KPIs operativos. Ofrecer análisis estratégicos de métricas clave para respaldar la toma de decisiones informadas. Lo que te hará triunfar: Estudios en Informática, Ingeniería, Sistemas de Información o áreas relacionadas (preferible, aunque no excluyente), con al menos un año de experiencia en roles similares dentro de un entorno SaaS o empresa tecnológica. Experiencia básica en el uso de herramientas de datos, CRMs y software de gestión de proyectos como HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, Asana, y Zapier. Habilidades técnicas sólidas y mentalidad "techie" para abordar y resolver problemas operativos y técnicos. Actitud resolutiva y analítica, con habilidad para detectar oportunidades de mejora. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y excelentes habilidades de comunicación para colaborar con diferentes áreas. Autonomía y proactividad, con independencia para gestionar tareas y aportar valor sin necesidad de supervisión constante.
