.Finance Assistant TraineeAre you the next Finance Assistant Trainee we are looking for? Join our team in Madrid and help us thrive in businessYou will have to contribute to keeping the company's accounting and financial process up to standard and ensuring accurate financial reporting and control. By joining Incubeta you will have the chance to work with multiple international clients and the coolest brandsRole and ResponsibilitiesWill be supporting day-to-day transactions as neededSupport on Credit Control activities (reporting, data entry, and contacting clients)Assisting in month-end processes (invoices calculation on different Google platforms)Processing invoices as per requestYour characterYou are able to work independently whilst being able to work in a diverse cross-functional teamYou have a proactive & cooperative approach towards problem-solving,You have excellent organizational and problem-solving/decision-making skillsYou enjoy cultivating positive internal relationships,You want to keep learning and develop your expertise,You are hungry for more personal and professional growth in the digital industryAbout YouYou speak and write in advanced Spanish & English (Italian & Portuguese would be a super plus)You can sign an internship agreement for at least 3 months with any university or business school in MadridYou have an innate curiosity and a willingness to share ideas, thoughts, and insights with your team and around the businessYou are energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and proactiveYou respect others' points of viewYou possess excellent communication skills and work well with different departments across the businessYou are process-driven and demonstrate an ability to embed best practices across your work outputYou are enthusiastic and passionate about digital marketing.You have intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, etc)You have strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email, and presentationYou must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routineYou're capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutionsYou have great attention to detail and great accuracyYou are excellent at working with Reports, formulas, and big amounts of data.We're a fun and dedicated team, passionate about what we do, and have a lot of plans for growing our brand in Spain.
