Property / Office: Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid
Location: Madrid, Spain
Cost Control (Analysis of food and beverage costs contributing to F&B profits, inventory counts).
Accounts Payable (day-to-day invoice processing; manage the whole payment process, helping the management to recognise potential liability and cash flow impact).
General Accountant (Reconciliation of the General Ledger and assisting in the preparation of accurate Balance Sheet reconciliation).
Finance Administration Manager (among other tasks, we will focus our trainee in the proper recording of operation equipment and fixed assets, capital investment tracking and analyst, depreciation and disposals).
Income Auditor (Ensures the revenue are captured, booked, audited and classified according to MOHG Standards).
Accounts Receivable (Maintains and Controls the City Ledger accounts).
Financial Accountant (Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial management reports).
Assistant Financial Controller (Analysis of all Financial Statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) versus Budget and Forecast).
