.We are Eunoia Digital, a digital marketing, design, and user experience consultancy based in Barcelona. Our work model focuses on creating first-class digital solutions that provide differential value. We apply best practices to optimize the customer experience and achieve business objectives. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Project Manager with excellent organizational and time management skills. You will be responsible for coordinating activities and teams related to: Development of a website template and deployment in up to 3 markets. Development of 4 services (one in collaboration with the Product Owner) and deployment on websites for different markets. Additionally, you will: Manage UX/UI website upgrade & improvements implementation for European, LATAM, Asian, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, and African markets. Manage the day-to-day activities of cross-functional & international teams – Webmasters, Project Managers, E-commerce Coordinators, Scrum Master. Coordinate resources to ensure effective project execution. Produce timely progress reports and present status updates four times a week to key stakeholders. Guarantee the achievement of the set goals while upholding quality standards, verifying that project deliverables meet the criteria. Build detailed project documentation on Confluence. Manage the project plan and roadmap projects effectively. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including Markets, Global Business Unit, Product Owners, Developers, QAs, Scrum Master, Program Manager, Marketeers, and Webmasters. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies & contingency plans. Use project management software like JIRA to ensure smooth project workflows. Key Responsibilities Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track project progress and rollout activities. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation following standards. Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met. Cooperate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely product development and rollout. Identify and resolve issues as they arise. Report and escalate to senior management when necessary. Prepare regular project reports. Lead meetings and calls for project-related activities. Evaluate the performance of the project. Requirements Strong project management skills. Excellent time management skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Resolute attitude with a "Can do" mindset. Fluent in English. Knowledge of deployment tasks such as on-site deliveries, installation, and acceptance. Technical knowledge is an asset.
