.UX/UI Designer (x|f|m) - HybridWe are looking for a UX/UI Designer (x|f|m) for our Digital Customer Experience department.Are you passionate about creating exceptional user experiences? Join the team and create the future with us.Grow with us – Your ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with other UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience across Sartorius' digital platforms.You will work closely with our product owners and other functions to develop user centred UX/UI concepts, including customer journeys, flowcharts, wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes.Advise interdisciplinary teams and challenge existing processes from a customer UX/UI perspective to improve the overall customer experience.You support usability analyses and tests in collaboration with the product owners and then ensure that the findings are integrated into the design process.To ensure a consistent design and brand principle across all platforms, you will ensure the consistent application of internal design standards in coordination with our corporate branding team.What will convince usYou have successfully completed a degree in media informatics, communication design or a related field.You have several years of proven professional experience in UX/UI design with meaningful references and an understanding of user centred design principles, brand guidelines and typography.Experience in carrying out the entire UX design lifecycle, from user research to journey mapping, persona development, prototyping and usability testing is required.Sound expertise in agile software development and systems, Figma, Atlassian and Adobe CC.You have a good understanding of front-end development with HTML, CSS and JS as well as a strong technical understanding of design feasibility.You are characterized by your professional communication and presentation skills, both towards internal and external stakeholders.Your working style is structured and independent and you have a hands-on mentality.
