Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de un Tech Lead Engineer para unirse al equipo de nuestro partner.
Nuestro cliente, se trata de una start-up española en plena expansión que ya cuenta con más de 200 empleados .
Utilizan IA, modelos predictivos y tecnologías avanzadas para potenciar a sus clientes.
La misión: Liderar un pequeño equipo de ingenieros de Python enfocados en construir automatizaciones basadas en inteligencia artificial en el producto.
El Rol: Proporcionar liderazgo, mentoría y orientación técnica al equipo de desarrollo Python, asegurando las mejores prácticas en codificación, arquitectura y optimización de rendimiento.
Colaborar con gerentes de proyecto, equipos de producto y otros interesados para planificar y ejecutar tareas de desarrollo, garantizando la entrega oportuna de características y proyectos.
Supervisar el diseño, implementación y entrega de servicios backend, APIs y sistemas utilizando Python y tecnologías relacionadas.
Definir y perfeccionar la arquitectura de los servicios backend, asegurando escalabilidad, fiabilidad y rendimiento.
Trabajar estrechamente con otros equipos de ingeniería (frontend, DevOps, data science) para asegurar la integración fluida de componentes y tecnologías.
Abordar desafíos técnicos y proporcionar soluciones para problemas complejos en el backend, impulsando la mejora continua y la inno vación.
Monitorear el rendimiento del sistema e implementar optimizaciones para mejorar la estabilidad y eficiencia.
Participar en el proceso de contratación para atraer talento Python de alto nivel y apoyar el crecimiento profesional y desarrollo de los miembros del equipo.
¿Qué necesitamos?
Ideal 1-2 años de experiencia liderando equipos.
Experiencia sr como back-end python previa.
Habilidades de comunicación sólidas con la capacidad de interactuar eficazmente con una amplia gama de partes interesadas.
Capacidad de dirección y gestión de equipos de alto rendimiento.
Buen nivel de inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
