You will be part of teams prioritizing the software lifecycle & ensuring that our code is both clean and secure. The Global IT Operations Team responsible for operating, maintaining and developing all ICT Core Services within ERNI Group is searching for a IT Support Specialist. If you have experience or interests in IT support and you would like to move further in your career, let us now
How ERNI cares about YOU Paid and rewarded certifications: you will be able to learn new technologies to develop as a professional in the areas that interest you most (such as: Agile, DevOps, Cloud, QA, etc.) and be rewarded from 200€ to 1.400€ per certification, in addition to the paid exam.
High Value Training: after a year at ERNI, you will have the opportunity to enroll on +500€ Executive courses, Masters or Postgraduates. 80% of the total amount will be covered by the company.

Home Office: you will receive an extra monthly compensation to cover your teleworking expenses, as well as any necessary equipment to be comfortable doing your job.

To be a best fit for this project you will need:
Good understanding of computers and networks. Good computer interest & skills based on Windows and other Microsoft products. Base understanding of IT security and network problematics. Communicative personality with a proactive approach. English language level: B1+ and higher. You will be responsible for: Providing on-site and remote support for HW, SW and network infrastructure. Travel and support another office within Barcelona, Madrid, and Valencia. Install, mount, care, and replace user infrastructure, such as computers, meeting room equipment, and other peripherals. Installation of software applications, mainly based on Microsoft services such as Windows 11, Office 365, and Intune. Administration of User Directory, Emails and other collaboration tools. Prepare and maintain HW for user's workplace in office, or home-office setup. Managing the inventory and the inventory database. IT introduction for new employees, HW, SW and knowledge handover. Creating and updating IT guides, managed in the Knowledge base. Resolving incidents, standard requests, and collaborating with other IT teams. Maintaining local IT infrastructure.
