In this role, you will standardize understanding about projects which will impact the execution of all major activities in BEA and develop & lead the company's cost Engineering & Data Management system requirement.

More on the Manager Industrial CapEx Projects Management (Budget & Scheduling): The Manager Industrial CapEx Projects Management (Budget & Scheduling) is responsible for projects: To be delivered safely on agreed timings; projects should be deeply analyzed, and lessons learned should be pointed.
The person in this position should have strong leadership/interaction with all Project Managers, Stakeholders, and Contractors.
Lead cost estimation, data collection, analysis, and benchmarking for projects to ensure high accuracy during various phases of project management with a key focus on safety, sustainability, efficiency, and reliability.
Together with Project Managers, control the key milestones to be achieved on projects above $1M.
Participate in developing the schedules for key projects and discuss with engineering companies to keep it updated and challenge them.
Together with Project Managers, build the schedule from the beginning of a project establishing the baseline and keep it updated across the life cycle.
Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and stakeholders.
Monitor project timelines, critical paths, and deadlines.
Identify potential project schedule delays and facilitate timely interventions.
Prepare and manage S-curves for scheduling and costs for key projects.
Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
Define cost estimate scope boundaries with minimum mandatory requirements and phased investment options.
Develop cost engineering element structures and budget estimates for various options.
Define procurement processes and timelines to manage the overall schedule.
Collect, review, and monitor data from various sources, finalize cost estimates, and create Power BI dashboards with ease of access to various stakeholders.
Provide financial reporting, data trends, and comparison statements and support in the RFP/RFQ process.
Define contingency budgets through analytical tools.
Support the preparation of commitments/estimates for approval by organizing the basic and detail cost estimation depending on the complexity of the project and contribution in-depth knowledge with other technical departments.
Prepare costing benchmarks, estimation files, and define procurement strategy with a clear logical approach.
Vendor coordination, bid evaluation, comparison, and review of vendor quotes.
Onsite & offshore coordination.
Project review meetings to address design challenges and drive value engineering.
Ensure that projects are executed in line with Bunge Best Practices, policies, guidelines, national and international norms and standards.
Ensure that these Bunge best practices, policies, and guidelines are kept up to date with lessons learned and experiences from the project.
Knowledge and Technical Competencies: Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Knowledgeable about international company procedures and compliance issues, having a global view of the business.
Certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP) will be a big advantage.
Previous experience in project scheduling on MS Project.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering with an emphasis in project management, or in a related field.
Approximately 5 years' experience as a project scheduler or project manager.
Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions.
Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
Fluency in English (other EU languages will be a plus).
Experience in cost engineering/estimation/planning function.
Civil/electrical/automation/mechanical terminology basic appreciation.
