Host Family RecruiterThe JobEF's beautiful Malaga campus is looking for an energetic and organized Host Family Recruiter to join their team.Are you proactive, confident, and great at speaking with people?

If so, this role could be for you.The RoleWorking for our Host Family Recruitment team, you will report directly to the Accommodation Manager and assist in all aspects of our host family recruitment process.
The candidate should be able to take initiative and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international team.The role is 39 hours per week and runs from February to June.ResponsibilitiesCalling and Tele sales;Street Action, attending recruitment fairs, and Leafletting;Running events for our existing host families and students;Maintaining an organized digital database and daily administrative duties;Screening, visiting, and supporting Host Families;Overall support of the Accommodation Team.A successful candidate is passionate about travel and cultural exchange in international environments.
Additionally, they are highly motivated to join a workplace that puts student experience and customer service first.
