**Customer Service Representative**:
Fire Protection Products es una división de Johnson Controls, líder de la industria de la protección contra incendios. **¿Cuál será tu Rol?
En dependencia del Customer Service Leader, la persona seleccionada será responsable de la gestión y tramitación de los pedidos de nuestros clientes, realizando seguimiento del proceso de venta desde la introducción en el sistema hasta entrega de los mismos de acuerdo a los plazos establecidos.

La persona seleccionada tendrá una interlocución directa entre nuestros clientes y los departamentos internos implicados: comercial, logística, compras, así como áreas administrativas implicadas en la gestión.

**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Tramitación de pedidos de clientes (ingenierías, industrias, empresas), asegurando su correcta gestión.
- Introducción en el sistema, comprobación de precios y plazos de entrega; gestión de las peticiones de acuerdo con los acuerdos comerciales establecidos.
- Atención al cliente, proporcionar respuestas rápidas y soluciones efectivas a nuestros clientes.
- Proporcionar información y asesoramiento sobre stock, salidas, entradas, envíos, plazos de entrega.
- Atender posibles incidencias derivadas del día a día de la gestión.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos implicados: Comercial, compras, logísticaGestión administrativa derivada.

**¿Qué perfil necesitamos?**

Ciclo formativo de Grado Medio/Superior en Administración, Electricidad/Electronica, Marketing, Comercial, Ventas, o similares.
Experiência de al menos 2/3 años en labores de administración, facturación, introducción de contratos, atención al cliente, compras, logística.

Conocimientos ERP (SAP) y CRM (Salesforce).

Se valorará positivamente aportar experiência en compañía de sectores industriales/técnicos, ingeniería y afines.

Se valorará positivamente aportar un buen nível de inglés.
