We require to hire a person to do, between others, the following tasks, reporting to Trade Facilitation Services:
Primary ResponsibilitiesManagement and control of the ongoing TNet team and business (guarantees, Authorized Economic Operator - AEO- status, seals, etc.).Organizing the training/working place for new employees.Design and implement the strategy to grow the business.Identify new niche markets for development, key potential clients and understand their needs.Identify potential companies for acquisitions to follow Global TFS e-customs expansion strategy.Recruit, motivate and manage the local team to sell the service and provide client support.Delegation of tasks to the team and controlling their performance.Proactively propose improvements to the TransitNet Service.Specific ResponsibilitiesShare knowledge with the Global Product Manager and the Client Centre affiliates.Proactively propose improvements to the service and the platform.Arrange for the local team to provide support to any SGS clients, whether for problems or to run pilot for more complicated logistics.Manage the internal process with various parties involved (Finance, accounting, reporting, legal, etc.).Follow up High Value and Sensitive Goods Operations.Follow up customs requirements and relevant customs payments.Follow up customer complaints or incidents regarding the Service.Registration of instances to Customs (with electronic certificate) on customs requirements, appeals, notifications, sanctions, etc.Request Customs payments to Finance.Registration of proof of payment of sanctions or settlements in SharePoint.Approve high value (more than 300 K EUR guaranteed value) and sensitive Operations after pre-approval of TFS Manager.Control of critical authorizations maintained by TransitNet (communication with Authorities, active participation in maintenance and renewal procedures; response record and documentation before Customs when requesting requirements).Define and implement growth strategy to gain market share and enter specific sectors/niches not explored yet.Design and run the marketing strategy and campaign, participation in fairs, conferences, and intervention with sector media.Facilitate cross-selling of other SGS services.Make strategic decisions to enhance the performance of the business.Responsible for the service P&L.Identify potential companies to acquire to align with Global TFS e-Customs expansion strategy.RequisitosProfile Experience with various logistics operators (sea, air, road, and rail).Proven knowledge of sectors at national and international level, mainly intra larger Europe.Market and sales oriented.University degree or equivalent professional qualification.Global and local perspective.TransitNet is a niche and very specific service; the success of which depends on the ability to understand and address all requirements of all factors involved in that niche.Required Skills Very good strategic business vision and knowledge of customs organization and procedures, maintaining good relations with both central and local customs.Decisive, assertive, and results-oriented.Spanish speaker.Fluent in English; any additional language is an asset.Flexibility and availability, ability to work under pressure.Ability to work and lead a remote team, good usage of communication tools.Información adicional What can we offer?
