Job Description: What will you work on?
As a Junior Brand Manager (JBM) you will be part of the Marketing Team working on marketing execution and promotional activities of Spin Master brand portfolio.
How will you create impact? Manage own brands to exceed annual corporate goals e.g. revenue, margin, market share, consumer demandDevelop long term brand equity for your key brands through a hands-on approach to managing your brands forecasting, SKU management, retail activity and TV placement (when appropriate)Develop and manage consumer marketing campaigns (above-the-line) within agreed budgetsWork closely with relevant marketing agencies to develop marketing plans and with PR agencies on the execution of PR plansWhere appropriate, work closely with licensorsTLP Management. Manage mix/pricing to achieve annual financial objectivesForecasting closely work with Supply/Demand Planners and Sales Team to review and implement regular (minimum monthly) changes as part of Forecasting ReviewsProduce tools necessary to support Sales Team on a regular basis such as range plans, external TV plans, brand promotional guidelinesToy Fairs - on the members of the wider team responsible for managing attendance at different Toy Fairs. Responsible for ensuring that your brands are well representedResponsible of POS materials for his/her brandsHow will you fit into the team? Strong marketing skills experience of developing and delivering strong marketing plans.Result driven strive to exceed the goals.Creative thinking and proactive approach. Creative mind set in combination with a hands-on attitudeRelationship builder and team player in a small teamOrganizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple competing demandsGetting things done mentalitySomebody who wants to have fun and the goal to become part of a successful teamA team player able to work across departments (e.g. sales, marketing, finance, planning) and with external stakeholders (e.g. retailers, licensors)Proven ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done while continuously taking initiative and pushing projects forward under tight deadlinesA strong level of passion and willingness to be awesomeWhat are your skills and experience? University or Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business qualifications (preferably)Minimum of 1 year relevant marketing experience ideally in the Toy Industry or other kid-related industries (for example toy retail or kid licensing - marketing/licensing/entertainment business)Advanced in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAPFluent in Spanish and English in writing and verballyWhat you can expect from us: Our mission is to Make Life More Fun with a vision to push the boundaries of innovation, creativity, and fun.
