Brand Manager (f/m/d) Vascular Devices - Medical Products Division – SpainPay: Competitive

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Brand Manager (f/m/d) to join our Vascular Team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product, marketing, education, and customer engagement strategies in support of our Vascular Product Portfolio (Aortic / Peripheral) to ensure effective product life cycle management & revenue growth in partnership with other key functions in our Sales, Product and Marketing organization. This position offers multiple work arrangements: preferred on-site or hybrid at a facility in Barcelona or fully remote work allowed in most locations within Spain, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
Responsibilities:Develop deep understanding of local market dynamics, competitive landscape and customer unmet needs to inform regional commercial opportunities and product pipelines.Adapt and implement global and regional marketing programs through the development of a local marketing and educational strategy including the execution of local customer engagements (e.g. Congresses & Events) and tactical plans.Educate and train sales force on use and promotion of Marketing tools and tactics.Foster relationships and develop advocacy with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at local level.Manage local marketing investments and develop and monitor KPIs and respective metrics to measure ROI and marketing effectiveness.Support contracting and tenders in partnership with the Provider Sales & Marketing team and ensure alignment to regional pricing guidelines.Develop deep product expertise for our Aortic / Peripheral Product Portfolio and provide product and clinical training to customers, business partners, and Gore Associates.Support regional product lifecycle management through local input and local execution support.Drive product go-to-market strategy and launch execution in alignment with regional launch strategies, considering local regulatory requirements, pricing etc.About the companyW L Gore & Associates, Inc. is an American multinational manufacturing company specializing in products derived from fluoropolymers.
