Estamos buscando un/a Senior IT Project Manager – SCRUM Master para que se incorpore a su plantilla en modalidad híbrida.
Funciones:
Dirigir la entrega de proyectos de TI a escala global, gestionando todo lo relacionado con el proyecto (recursos, proveedores, presupuesto, etc.).
Planificar recursos, calendarios, finanzas, gestión adecuada de las escaladas y combinación de experiencia en la entrega de soluciones completas con SAP, aplicaciones de TI no SAP, fusiones y adquisiciones y proyectos de operaciones tecnológicas.
Ayudar a los solicitantes de proyectos a comprender sus verdaderas necesidades y a satisfacerlas de forma creativa con las soluciones adecuadas.
Entrenar y formar a gestores de proyectos con menos experiencia para aumentar la madurez de la gestión de proyectos.
Definir y mantener la mejora continua de los procesos y procedimientos de preparación y ejecución de proyectos.
Gestionar eficazmente a los proveedores para mantener el soporte y ofrecer nuevas funciones de forma rentable.
Completar el proyecto en el ámbito, plazo y presupuesto acordados gestionando los recursos y cumpliendo todas las normativas internas y externas.
Asumir y gestionar los riesgos junto con el solicitante del proyecto y los dominios de TI para entregar los proyectos de la forma más eficiente posible.
Requisitos:
Experiencia mínima de 7 años dirigiendo proyectos internacionales de TI.
Sólida y dilatada experiencia en proyectos de desarrollo de software
Al menos 5 años de experiencia en funciones de liderazgo / influencia en el entorno de TI (equipo de proyectos internos y externos).
Comunicación escrita y verbal profesional en inglés. Se valorarán otros idiomas.
Experiencia en el trato con proveedores de TI, incluida la negociación de contratos y la gestión del rendimiento.
Experiencia en la gestión de presupuestos para proyectos de TI.
Excelentes aptitudes de consultoría y gestión de proyectos.
Experiencia trabajando con equipos globales y multiculturales,
Certificación en SCRUM, certificación adicional en gestión de proyectos es un plus.
