About you Implement and support new entities, new markets and major change projects for National and Multi-National customers for FCM. You will follow our standard Implementation process, support on calls, monitor the time management of the implementation, and raise any potential risks that could affect the timelines to the account manager or project lead. You will also be responsible for the technical build of the client's solution for your region and support countries in their build. You need to be a confident multi-tasker, proactive, and a team player with a sound understanding of the implementation process and our systems.
