Through developing a deep understanding of the Straumann Business and employee needs in a highly matrix oriented organizational structure with high pace, and understanding the subsidiaries' requirements, the position holder will build strong relationships to establish them as a trusted partner of teams, guiding them and provide HR expertise to enable sustained continued growth and transformation.
The HR Manager receives support and works closely with HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, People Development, HRIS and Global HR Business Partners to leverage resources effectively, create impact and align HR initiatives with business objectives.Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesManaging the operational and tactical transactions in SuccessFactors.Provide expert HR guidance and support to people managers on a range of HR topics, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.Manage core processes and programs such as: compensation review, talent reviews, Talk Forward process, workforce planning, budgets, employee engagement surveys etc.
